Welcome to Invoice ASAP ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and SuperMint Labs ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Invoice ASAP mobile application and associated services.
By downloading, accessing, or using Invoice ASAP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By creating or uploading content via Invoice ASAP, including invoices, client information, business details, and related data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and deliver the content solely for providing the service. You retain all ownership rights to your invoices and business data.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Invoice ASAP offers both free and premium features. Premium access is available via in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the respective platform (App Store or Google Play).

We aim to keep the App accessible at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue the App or certain features at any time without liability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Invoice ASAP at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us at support@supermintlabs.com.
Invoice ASAP is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App for your needs.
We do not guarantee the prevention of invoice delivery failures or payment processing errors, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the App for invoicing or payment collection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperMint Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperMint Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the App. Continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
